In order to login, you must have an email on file in our system. Updates to the email will need an owner signature to process.
You can view updates in the policyholder portal, or your insurance agent can view them in the producer portal. Requests being processed will be notated and notes are visible on both portals once a policy has been issued. Other updates on the policyholder portal include returned mail, attempts to reach you or your agent, system outages, important company updates, and important reminders.
The deadline to request an RMD is December 15. To request an RMD, complete the Systematic Withdrawal Form that can be found here.
1099s are mailed by January 31. Requests for additional copies can be made by contacting customer service at (888) 352-5122. Form 5498 will be generated by May 31 each calendar year.
Reallocation letters are sent approximately 2 weeks prior to your anniversary date. The Reallocation deadline is 3:00 pm Mountain Time the Tuesday following the policy anniversary. Reallocation requests can be made over the phone, email, or mail.
