1. how do i qualify for the Ember program?
You become an Ember partner as soon as you reach $10 million in qualifying premium.
2. how long does membership last?
Membership continues through the end of the calendar year.
3. Can membership be shared or split?
No. Each agent must individually meet qualification requirements.
4. How does the priority PHONE queue work?
After completing the Membership form and listing your commonly used phone numbers, our system automatically recognizes your number and routes your call to the Ember service team.
5. How does the bonus program work?
Bonuses are paid annually and based on your total qualifying premium.
6. WHat counts as qualifying premium?
· Applications must be submitted January 1 to December 31, 2026, and issued by January 13, 2027
· Product weights: FIA = 100% and MYGA = 50%
· Applications submitted in a prior qualification period but issued in the current qualification period will count, so long as itis issued by January 13, 2027
· Additional premiums must be applied by 1/13/2027 to qualify
· Policies issued and premiums applied after1/13/2027 will be considered for future programs
· Premium from past qualification periods may not be reused
· Reaching a higher tier applies retroactively to the first dollar
7. Does additional premium qualify?
Yes, additional premium submitted within the qualification period and applied by January 13, 2027 qualify.
8. Does MYGA renewal premium qualify?
No. MYGA Renewal premium does not qualify.
9. Are chargebacks included?
Yes. Chargebacks reduce your qualifying premium.
10. DO SPLIT-CASE premiums qualify?
Yes. Qualifying premium will follow the split percentage for the policy.
11. How can I check my premium and bonus tier?
Contact the Ember service team to receive a current update.
12. Can a qualifier be removed from Ember?
Yes, it is possible to be removed from Ember. Agents must be in good standing to remain in Ember.
13. Can inner circle agents also participate?
No. Inner Circle agents must qualify for Ember to receive program benefits.
14. Does my SILAC sales team contact change?
No. Your current sales representative remains your point of contact for sales-related needs.
15. What is the Players Circle?
Players Circle is a separate program within Inner Circle. Details can be found above or on the agent portal.
