HOW TO QUALIFY FOR HORIZON

Reach $1,000,000 in qualifying premium within a calendar year (per program rules) to unlock exclusive Horizon benefits. Horizon members will enjoy prioritized service and elevated support.

Applications must be submitted January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Qualifying premium must be issued by January 13, 2027 to count towards your qualifying premium.

1. HOW do I QUALIFY FOR the HORIZON program?

You must have $1,000,000 of qualifying premium during the qualification period to start receiving the benefits of the program.

2. WHAT IS THE QUALIFICATION PERIOD?

Applications must be submitted from 1/1/2026 to 12/31/2026 and issued by 1/13/2027. Additional premiums must be applied by 1/13/2027 to qualify. Policies issued and premiums applied after 1/13/2027 will be considered for future programs. Any premium counted towards a prior qualification period will not be counted for the current qualification period.

3. How do I know my requests will receive prioritized service?

Once qualified, our systems prioritize your service requests sent via email, agent portal document upload and electronic application.

4. How does the BONUS PROGRAM work?

Your bonus is determined by your total qualifying premium, with product weights applied - 100% for FIA and 50% for MYGA. As you reach a new bonus tier, your bonus percentage increases and is applied retroactively to all qualifying premium from the first dollar earned within the calendar year.

5. WHEN WILL the bonus BE PAID?

The bonus will be paid annually.

6. Does MYGA renewal premium qualify?

No, MYGA renewal premium does not qualify.

7. Do SPLIT CASES COUNT?

Yes, split cases may qualify. For any split policy, the qualifying premium will follow the split percentage for the policy.

8. Do chargebacks apply towards qualifying premium?

Yes, any premium associated with a chargeback will be deducted from your qualifying premium.

9. How do I check my qualifying premium and bonus tier?

For the latest details on your qualifying premium and bonus tier status, please reach out to the ACE team.

10. Can I split my membership with another agent?

No, all agents must individually qualify.

11. How LONG IS MY MEMBERSHIP?

Your membership continues through the end of the following calendar year.

12. Can a qualifier be removed from Horizon?

Yes. It is possible to be removed from Horizon. Agents must be in good standing to remain in any SILAC agent program.
